Terms of Service

By creating an account or using ThePerfumeAlchemist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16+ in EU countries with parental consent).

• You are responsible for safeguarding your Supabase Auth credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• One account per person; duplicate accounts may be removed.

• You retain ownership of content you upload (reviews, forum posts, quizzes).
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display content within the Platform.
• Content must be lawful, not infringe others' rights, and follow community standards.
• We may remove violating content.

• Spam, harassment, or hate speech.
• Adult, violent, or illegal content.
• Automated scraping without permission.
• Attempting to access non-public systems or reverse engineering.
• Payment fraud or chargeback abuse.

• Prices may change at any time before checkout.
• Payments are processed by a third-party gateway.
• Refunds follow each brand/seller's policy.
• Opened perfume products cannot be returned unless defective.

• Brands/perfumers are responsible for the products they sell.
• Platform commission applies per separate agreement.
• We may suspend sellers who violate these terms.

ThePerfumeAlchemist trademarks, logos, and designs belong to us. Third-party content (perfumes, brands) belongs to their respective owners.

Payments are processed via a third-party PCI-DSS certified provider. We do not store credit card data.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your own account at any time via Settings.

The service is provided "as is". AI recommendations are suggestive, not guarantees. We do not guarantee 100% availability.

Our liability is limited to your transaction amount in the last 12 months, except for personal injury or gross negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are resolved via arbitration or courts in our jurisdiction.
